Opinions on some bucks

are these picture of the same deer? two different deer or three different? getting mixed feedback. sorry pictures arent the greatest.

i wanna say 3 different deer personally. also have a 5 and a 6 roaming the area.

I'm thinking the straight on and the night-time photo are the same deer, too hard to tell on the first pic. Although he looks a little bigger in the body.

The only thing is the straight on pic the deer is clearly a 9 with 5 on the right side. no sign of this on night photo
