Default Primos Truth Cam 46 Problem

I have a Primos Truth Cam 46 that stops recording pics or shuts off when it rains.

Thanks for posting this..

While I am sorry to hear how things has been working out for you with this camera. It will surely help in any decisions I make when deciding to purchase another camera in the future. Perhaps you have something along the lines I have had with my Prowler? Have you tried adding a c-clamp to see if tightening it down some will help you?

Good Luck on trying to resolve this issue.

Send it back.
That is what warranties are for.

In that case, I would seal the crap out of every seam with some good grade silicone and make sure that all the seals are in the proper place.

It doesn't power up at all anymore?
If you can get it powered, update the firmware in it.

Sorry, I assumed that they were available on the website which they should be.
From the sounds of the CS from a few searches, I won't be buying any Primos cams anytime soon.
I'll just stick to Reconyx which I'm very happy with.

Ouch. That sucks man.
I'd make sure to let them know that you will post all conversations with them on a very popular game cam forum to share the poor customer service experience that you received from Primos to warn others to never buy any of their products again.
