If you could have seen the look on my and my wife's face when we were looking at the pics....we were shocked! We were expecting the usual suspect, the buck with the broken right side antler..but when we saw this cat our jaws dropped. I printed out that pic and gave it to the neighbors. They're all retired and enjoy the wildlife.
I just looked outside, there are two doe. going to bed shortly, can't wait to check the pics tomorrow morning.
One thing to note, changing the PIR setting to HIGH and mounting the camera at waist high level produced better pics.

Not concerned about batteries as I have an external 6v that would be strong enough to power this camera for months between charges.
I read about the poor trigger speed on some of the older models. All the reviews on the RED 6 or model 6N seem pretty positive. My pics above seem to have good trigger speed....no?
