    I know there have been some guys on several forums showing bucks out of the velvet but from my experience, it still seems about a week or so early. Nice buck though.

    I know 2 years ago, I had one just coming out of velvet on August 29th.

    I think it's personal preference... Some of them simply get tired of being covered in fur I'll take em either way!
