jrbsr: I would think that might be an antlerless doe as it looks like nubs where the antlers normally would be on a buck. Looking at the injured leg, the bone below the hock looks to be the same length. I would think it a strange coincidence to have two deer with the injury basically: 1)in the same area of the leg, 2) on the same leg and also in the same or near the same land or camera location.

I gues they may be brother, and sister born that way.
I will find out deer season if either one walks in front of me.
