2011 Trail camera pictures.

Post your Trail cameras pictures with the type of camera. This thread is sort of a quick reference for people wanting to get a look at what type of pictures certain cameras put out. Don't forget about those good pictures. Feel free to do a paragraph review on your camera. Cameras have came a long way in past few years.

This is a picture from 2010 that I did not get on the 2010 thread soon enough I guess. Thought we could start off with a giant. This buck is still alive as I have seen video of him after the gun season. Biggest I will ever get a picture of I am sure.

This deer showed up on my property on Christmas Eve. Earliest time he showed up was 5:30 PM. Hopefully he will make it to next year when I might get a shot at him.

Bushnell Trophy Cam

Sorry, my pics were taken with a Bushnell Trophy Cam. I purchased them with lock boxes from http://www.camlockbox.com/. I was having a problem with my cams getting stolen but since I bought the lock boxes I haven't had a problem. The trophy cam takes decent pics for the money. When the sun is just right I get a glare, but other than that I am pleased.

oldshedhunter35 03-03-2011 07:29 PM

Those 1st few photos the deer looked like they were poseing does your camera say cheese or something.

Father and Son or Brothers?

5 Attachment(s)
The first 3 pics are of "Lefty." Notice left front hoof. He made it through the season.

The fourth & firth pic is of the deer that I got this year.
Are they brothers or father son?
They both come from a really strong gene line from a monster buck that was shot in the same area about 5 years ago.

Another question: We have posted some live deer cams on our site. Could you provide me with some other suggestions of other sites with good deer cams?

I had this picture, edited off of some video I took from my Bushnell Trophy Cam. I pointed to this picture on my computer and told my lead at work that I was looking for that deer on the weekend...left early that afternoon and caught him in the field looking at me as I walked out.

schaffee10 09-23-2011 11:34 AM

Just pulled our first pics off the cams. This is our best buck....another year or two would do him good but if I see him he's not making it! lol.....We had a ton of bucks on the cameras this year and several shooters.....much better this year as far as numbers go.

THEMAKKER13 09-23-2011 11:47 AM

Schafee, in my opinion that buck only needs another year. I'm no expert in judging age though, so hopefully others can give you advice.

Game Glide 10-01-2011 08:54 PM

While I agree with "needing another year," I would have a heck of a hard time giving it to him!

We would never have know he was on our land if we didn't hang the cameras. Only smal rubs and not huge tracks.
