Im positive its an owl with its head down facing the camera. First thing that came to my mind when i saw it

"hawkeye" says it is a night hawk..i looked up the pics..and sure enough has the right features..the blacktip wings fer one..and the neck to boot.

I thought night hawks only eat insects? Do you not see the mouse it has pinned down?
