Actually our DNR needs a complete overhaul with completely new people in charge haha

It looks like a big fat coyote.

If you sent that pic to DNR and he said it's a wolf then he doesn't know what the heck he is talking about.

Looks like a yote to me but hard to say without something known in the photo for a size determination. If the saplings in back are bigger than 1" it would make that dog bigger than a yote.
