I have not heard of that issues before. I have one and my issue was a "runaway camera" I called their customer service, and explained my problem. They told me to send it back, and they would send me a new one. I received it yesterday, and I'm going to put it out today. My suggestion is to call them, and explain your problem.They may have you send it back, and mail you a new one. Two thumbs up on their customer service. Good luck.
