Default What is this??

Guys, I'm really having problems getting buck pics this year. So.....I'm forced to post this pic wanting some opinions.

I live in the "Badger" state and can count on 3 fingers how many I have seen in the wild Surely nowhere near where I got this picture. I have been getting coon pics here but this one looks a little different.

What do you think?

Boy that looks like a badger to me Todd. Sorry about your lack of buck sightings this year. Seems to be a problem for nearly everyone. I just posted some nice bucks yesterday, the first I've gotten this year.

Blessings.....Pastorjim

The only options I can think of are badger or oppossum. Im not sure if it was a flaw in the camera or what not but the color of the fur looks a bit odd for a badger..? So oppossum maybe? But who knows im not a expert on badgers either? Ive only seen 2 in my life.
Also, the face looks alot narrow and has a more pointy nose than a badger. Once again, im no expert..

heres a picture of a badger I got a few years back.
