Default Bushnell Trophy XLT problem

I'm trying to make it work.

I put recommended batteries (Energi Ad Lithium), recomended card (SD 2GB) in it.

The point is nothing appeared on the screen when I move the botton to the setup mode. The first time I moved the switch the Bushnell logo showed up for a second and desapear and that's it nothing else so far.

I format the card in FAT and FAT32 but nothing changes.

Is the screen supposed to work without card?

Could it be a ''new deffect'' screen?

Thanks for your help, Mart

Have you tried moving the switch to "on" first and then to "set up" ? that worked for me. You definitely need to have the card installed before the camera will operate also...

Could be another defect. I actually had a problem with the camera ('10 model BTC) taking continuous pictures and had to return it. Haven't used the replacement yet...

There's several members here with the same camera that maybe can help also.
