Default Tell me about the Bushnell Trophy camera.

I have three Reconyx cameras. I am not comparing these by any means. I just want to hear something about the Bushnell Trophy camera. I am thinking about getting one to put on an Wildlife Refuge Area or Public ground. They are small an the batteries suppose to last a long time.

Does anybody have one? Can you tell me something about them?

I have three and like them very much.
Nice pictures in the day and night.
I haven't tried any videos.
4000 + pictures and still going on the batteries.
I use 2GB Sandisk SD cards and Duracell rechargeables.
There is a new one in the testing stages.
Supports a 16GB card and will have 32 IR illuminators.

Here is one of the best picture that I have gotten so far.
Right in the middle of the picture posing for the shot.

AR, you might want to hold off on that until the 2010 models are available. From what I've read about them, they are going to have some significant improvements on an already great camera.

Wait for the 2010 models.
They'll do wide screen video, 7mp and take a 16gb SD card.
Last I heard they should be available around May.

Good to know. I'm probably going to be getting one when the horns start growing.

The text version would be about the same at 199 the other model as camo would be about 20-30 more and the xlt camo would be about 40-50 more. I said April but I just got news that it may be next month! Hopefully in a week or 2.

I don't have a reconyx, but I can say I like the TC very much. Good video - good pix and the battery life has been nothing short of amazing. I got mine before xmas and it has been out there steady in video and picture mode and is still going strong.

As far as waiting for the next generation, I would not hesitate in grabbing an older gen model at a great reduced price. Of couse I will buy a new one also just to see how good it is.
