Default Mystery animal... any ideas?

Hey Guys,

Long time reader, but first time poster (I've managed to use the search function pretty well for any questions I've had).

So, I got this picture off my camera and can see the animal on the right is a coyote, but I have no idea what's on the left. So far from the people I've asked it's ranged from a dog, a hog, and another coyote. Any ideas what this critter is?

Thanks,
Mike

first glance I say hog. Do you have hogs where you hunt? I wouldn't think hogs and coyotes would stand for each other being around tho. Maybe another coyote, a black one, but it sure looks like the rear end of a hog.

I haven't the slightest clue what it is. Maybe you could put out some sort of predator bait out in front of the camera and get a better view.

i would say it isn't a hog, just look at the tail: its wide and bushy. i would say its a black coyote.
