Default Getting Started

I'm thinking of getting into the Trail Cam's. How does the Moultrie I-65 camera perform? What is a good one to get started with? budget = less than 300.00.
Thanks

I've had a Moultrie M60 and I40 and hated both of them.
I love my Cudde Capture and Scoutguard.

Stay away from Moultrie. Even their high end cameras are aweful. Get a bushnell, scoutguard or cuddeback capture and you will be set for years to come without all the headaches. All of those cameras cost about $200. And go with infrared over a flash camera, becasue it wont spook your bucks.

The Capture is flash and I prefer the night flash pics over the IR of my SG550. I think that flash scares deer thing is a myth.

I have the Mouoltrie D40, and it has been a great camera for me. The only complaint I have, is the slow trigger speed, and it eats batteries when it gets below o.

I picked up a StealthCam ...err, something or other , nto sure what model. I put it out last weekend and it took 909 pictures in a week. Looked pretty good to me despite me doing a poor job of mounting it. I like it but I don't have any experience with other makes/models.
