Default What would you do?

i am getting a Christmas present from me to me and i am making sure it is worth it....i am getting a trail camera but im not sure which one....i plan on buying it before december...im not sure when the UWAYs cameras are being delivered but i am considering that or another scoutguard....i love my 2 scoutguards so another one would be great...a UWAY is the same as a scoutguard except better....the only thing that i am worried about is the bugs and issues that it might have and what not...i was just curious to what you guys would buy, a UWAY or a scoutguard 550??

According to archarytalk, they won't be available until sometime this month.
I personally wouldn't buy a brand new model of a camera until it's been out a while and a firmware with bug fixes has been released.
I like my SG but I also love my Cudde Capture. If you like the look of flash over the IR then I'd recommend the Capture. The only downfall is no video.
What does this new Uway going to cost? what is your budget?

If you already have cameras, just buy a new gun...

"a gun"???
A man can never have enough guns.

If not a gun then I'd save up for a Reconyx.
They start at $450 though.

If you can save another month or so, get a Reconyx and be done with it. My friend has 19 of them, and they are amazing. Their range is unreal, field of view is incredible, and their trigger speed is unmatched. One of them is on my list too. I'm tired of getting pictures of deer asses.

19!!! Good lord. He could've bought the enough of their stock to have a hostile take over, for what he's paid for 19 cameras.

WTF. Your friend needs counseling. My wife would KILL me, I don't have enough time in the day--my camera takes 800-1000 pics a week, it would be a full time job swapping cards and downloading batteries!
