You must simply be a "fanboy" because it's the only cam you own? They have THE worst customer ratings than ANY cam on ANY of the forums. I've even owned 4 Cudde's myself..... absolute junk compared to the RECONYX!
The Reconyx models are simply amazing cams, trigger speed, image quality, operation, batt life..... you name, top-of-the-line!

For 200 bucks A Cuddeback Capture is a tough cam to beat. I have 7. All work great. I cant say 1 way or the other about their customer service because i've never had to deal with them.
