It amazes me hoe much mass gets cut when velvet sheds, the buck doesn't appear to have reached his prime, huge rack but the mass doesn't match, I hope you get him this year but if not being he is obviously resident next year he will blow up

Nowhere near his prime. I think 3 1/2 at most this fall. I would definitely consider letting him walk this year. Unfortnately no one else in the area would feel the same, I know them too well. Their history is well documented.
