camera for archery or rifle?
#2
I have 7 homebrews and 1 video unit. I only have mine out from July to Feburary. Too many people out turkey hunting and mushroom hunting in the spring. I had one trailcamera stolen during mushroom season.
I have also started leaving mine out for a month at a time. Mine are all on trails. No feeders or bait, so i don't get a ton of pictures. It takes me 60 miles round trip, 6 hours total, and $20 in gas to check my cameras, so i have went to checking them monthly now. Not to mention i hate the heat and humidiy and all the bugs that go with it. I tend to leave less scent going in monthly so that helps too.
I just archery hunt and early muzzeloader.
