Default Stupid Question?? Bear or Dog??

I guess no question is a stupid question but.... At first glance I thought it was a bear, but now I am thinking big dog. If it wasnt for the collar, I would possibly think otherwise. Any opinions??

I say dog, the legs and feet look pretty small.

Looks like a Chow. I wouldn't put anything by animals, first pic I had on a new camera was of a German Shepherd eating at a cornpile.

The back legs give it away...dog...as for a chow, to hard to tell and I had a black one for 13 years...
