Just got a new dlc covert II and am only getting whited out pics. Suggestions? The first pic, you can almost make out my face, by the third pic totally white, with the following pics all blank white.

I'd send it back. Sound defective.

I'd have to agree with pnut. Something doesn't sound right with it. Contact the company and ask their opinion.

Definitely call the dealer you bought it from. Sounds defective to me. I have the Bushnell Trophy cam which is pretty much the same thing on the inside and it is not supposed to do that. Let us know how that works out.

Called the company yesterday and they said to send it back and they would send me a new one. Sucks to get a defective camera, but seems like they are going to make it right. I hate to get to know the customer service side of a product, but it seems like DLC service is very good.

Well, awesome service atleast. I called monday with a problem, and got home wednesday to a new camera on the porch. New camera works fine.

Its currently mounted on the same tree as a moultrie I-40. Hope to have a decent comaprison soon.
