Hey guys, new to the forum. I'm not a hunter but have a respect for wildlife. I own a small country place in Texas with just 25 acres. But quite a few deer, hog, coyotes etc. Even though I don't hunt I plant food plots and have several automatic feeders. I need some suggestions on trail cameras. BIG THANKS! for the suggestions and input. Just this week-end pulled my first pictures off. I like the I-40 ,appreciate you fellas who put me on this camera. A couple questions?? . Bought a 4G SD card for a upgrade. Can someone tell me why,after you erase the current memory and install the 4G card the unit won't go back to the auto mode? Also whats your take on the solar charging panel system moultrie offers. I will be posting pictures once I get the camera and me dialed in!

You should do this with any cam with any card when new.

Welcome to the forum !! I think you will enjoy your new cam.. Here is a couple pics from my prowler from last year, it is an IR camera and show only black and white at night and during certain times of day when the sun is rising or setting..
