Too all who mentioned the hunting of this deer,

Like i said in the original post...he's down to 1 antler at the moment so he will be getting a pass if a shot opportunity presents itself. But trust me, when the snow finally melts we will be putting in alot of ground hours looking for his sheds.
Do you have any pics of the broken rack.
I'd love to see that.
I'm surprised that he could break off those brows with that much mass in them.
Maybe a bigger one kicked his ass!
It didnt break off, he shed it. Alot of bucks are down to 1 or 0 antlers here in NE Ohio at the moment. And i dont have any pics yet, but my buddy should be pulling his memory card this weekend and ill see what he gets.

Wow that is a nice deer. I totally agree with you on his age, i dont see how he could be any older. I would be out every chance i got trying to find his sheds, that property would be completely turned over.

Hey Will, just imagine IF i could put him down next year. The world would turn upside down.

Fowler, dont worry, it will be. After the 20 inches of snow we have melts

Nice pictures but how are you going to get him during day light hours? Seems the food plot is his night haunt. I have a similar problem, after mid august feeding freenzy, the big guy goes nocternal. Haven't found his bedding area yet. Hope to pattern him with the snow cover but don't know if the beds I find will be useful for fall hunting.

Good luck
