Finally got my cam going last night and got about 60 pics on it in the first 3 hours!

Cold weather had caused my cam to not work well when I first set it up a few days ago, but had some warm weather last night.

Its a BUSHNELL TRAIL SCOUT CAMERA "CAMO" 11901-C. I bought it off ebay a couple of weeks ago. BRAND NEW for $109. The guy who was selling them had about a 50+ for sale on Ebay and sold them all for between $90-$175... I got mine at a good price. These came out in 2006 and were discontinued in 2007. I might try to find some rechargeable C size batteries to help with the cold weather issues.

oh... its a 3.0 mp camera. The new ones of the same model are much higher resolution but cost WAY more then I paid.

I tried this and the batteries don't last as long as throw away batteries.

Just make sure you buy fresh batteries,
meaning batteries that haven't sat on the shelf for too long,
look at the expiration dates.

Maybe do a little research?

Edcyclopedia-

Yes my past experiences with rechargeables show they are short lived... BUT, what I want to do is get batteries that will work in the cold better then what I have now. Several guys on here say they are much better and will keep the cam running where right now anything below freezing and my cam is DEAD.
