These things are $40.00 tomorrow at Dick's and I was just wondering if anyone had an update on how well they are holding out.
I'm not really concerned with pic quality to much but decent trigger speed and battery life would be nice. I know there are alot better camera's out there but $40.00 is right in my price range for something that will probably get stolen within the year anyway.

Pics look good but the battery life would not work for me. I leave mine out for months.

I have the 1.3mp and the 4.0ir cams....The 1.3 takes good quality pics, but the battery life does suck...Lucky to get a week and a half...Now the 4.0 infrared cam is awesome...takes great pics and videos...I have had it out now for a month and still showing 3/4 battery life...Hope it helps sum!

Sorry I'm late to this thread. I have used the IR4 for some time now. The battery life is incredible. I have gotten about a month out of it the first time I used it. Next set of batteries I have still in there and I have been in there for some time. Some where close to 45 Days or so.

I got the S1.3 and it's battery life was around a week to 2 weeks.

I just recently got the X6C for the upcoming season and I have been testing it out on some birds that fly by. I normally get about 30 pictures of birds either flying by or eating some sunflower seeds the wife leaves for them.

I can't wait to get my hands on the new Pulse Cameras. I really want to try out the new wifi stuff.

12 days on a set of batteries is horrible.
Rechargeable or not.
Half the time I only check my cams once a month.
