Nice deer. it looks like to me the first and last one are the same deer(that first one is and impressive picture).

Yes you can use feeders, etc. here in Oklahoma. I use feeders to attract deer so I can get an inventory of whats on my property. I assume you have a problem with that, but it's legal, and I don't see a problem with it. I don't hunt over a feeder, but if someone wants to and it's legal, I don't think there should be any negativity associated with it. To each his own.
