Obviously you must have that camera hidden pretty well, or you don't have to worry about losing any pheasants cause the huntersare blind.

I would just sit by that tree and wait for him with a paintball gun and light him up! lol

Maybe just call a game warden and have him wait in the area and catch him.

sadly, game warden has nothing to do with this stealing, in fact, they want you to remove stands daily, in fact the DCNR has rule you must remove your stands daily, nothing is suppose to be left in woods.

now, if you do catch someone, you have to file charges at local magistrate.

he may say you will lose it.

there is no help for anyone that leaves anything in woods, this is why they steal them, they know they wont get arrested.[:@]

Not sure where your from but most places game wardens have full police powers. They arrest thiefs, speeders, poachers, drug heads. etc. That why they give them guns and handcuffs around here.

i agree, they do have arrest powers, but remember, you are to REMOVE your stuff each day on stateforestlands according to what the DCNR has told me.

being a stand is not a PGC violation, i dont think they will get involved but the state police could and your local magistrate.
