Default Batteries!!!!

I went to check my camera at my lease yester day.. When i got there i saw the batteries were dead.. but wasnt that worried because the last time i checked it and it had been there over a month the batteries had died the night before i came to get it.. but when i got home the camera only took picutres for 8 days... it had rayovak batteries... i figured they should last longer than that!! I got 657 pictures but still they had been dead for 11 days... no tellin what kinda B&C buck walked by!!

i also use the cheap alkaline batteries. some game cam's advise to use the cheaper batteries over the expensive ones like Energizer or Duracell.

I have a wildview which is as basic as you can get for digital. It takes 4C batteries. I use Energizers and they will last up till 2.5 weeks till my battery light comes on. If you have the game spy you should invest in the solar panel.

I have had the moultrie game spy 35mm, and then the 4.0, and now use the 4.0 and 6.0 IR. And I have learned the hard way that the cheap and rechargeable batteries just aren't reliable. I have used energizer and duracell without any problems. They'll last twice as long if not longer. I've also used the solar panel, but they have to be rechargeble batteries used in the camera. And even though it helps it's still not as reliable as just using energizer or duracell batteries.
