Default Doe with warts

My buddies Jim and Danny also got several pictures of this Doe. She was only seen for one season.

I have done some reading on the subject and somebody did post some pictures on here of a deer with them a year or so ago. Apparently they can live with them, though this doe was never seen again after the season.

We got pictures of a young buck that had a similar condition a couple of years ago. Later in the fall I thought that the deer had left but realized that the spots had shrunk considerably and became very hard to see.

Deer warts seem to becoming more common. I really wonder if its from what I've read, that a cut, wound gets infected, into the blood stream, and these warts develope. My brother shot a buck3 yrs ago, and he had like a dozen all over his face. My brother had him cut up, but he said the meat just didn't taste right to him. I arrowed a doe 2 yrs ago that had just 1 wart under her eye. She tasted fine. But I'd have to be real hestitant on one thats covered with them.
