Antlers in April

Default Antlers in April

I got a few pictures of this deer.Any explaination why it still has antlers?Antlered doe maybe?

Not sure about your deer but the elk around here we have just started losing thier antlers this month .

If baiting is illegal then thats just not cool, and here in Ohio i already got pics of bucks with 2-3 inches of velvet. My buddy did "say" he saw a buck with a full rack last week though.

Not baiting,feeding.Baiting refers to hunting over bait,which is illegal unless the food is removed at least 10 days prior to hunting and this feeder is in an area,near the house that is never hunted anyway.

Please get back to the topic.What would cause a deer to still have antlers when I am seeing bucks starting to grow velvet?
