One question... How do I attach the rabbit to the trap?A rope tied to its leg?

well its not for the faint of heart,
but yes that is just what you do , spider wire works great either tie both back feet or one front and one rear, the rabbit should remain calm for a few minutes but after a while he will begin to strugle , squeal and jump around witch is just what you want him to do,
we have set this trap right at dark then backed away quite and returned the next mourning to find it worked well ,

we used to live in a residental neighborhood were you could catch a rabit with no problem then we would take it to the trap that night.
we used crab nets to catch rabbits, have a hearts with rabbit food in it , carrots exct
