Default Should This Buck Be Culled?

I got these pics off my Stealth Cam yesterday in Eastern NC and was wondering if I should cull this deer out because of his right side horn. The left side looks good for his age but not sure if the right side horn will develop normally next year. I would guess that the deer is about 2-3 years old. I've gotten shots of a few 6 points, 4 points and cow horns, and spikes in the area. Any ideas?

Thanks!!!

one thing about lettin deer walk, you have to hope your neighbor will also, were im at i would stick him if on my yard but i have a real small peice of land here less then 10 huntable acers ,
how big is yourland?? how hunted are the lands around you ? are some of the questions you should ask you self before you either take or pass this deer ,
in the end not all trophys are 150 class deer as a matter of fact my first trophy did not even have horns and i would not change a think
just my 2 cents boys'

Just a 1 1/2 year old deer. This deer in few years with any feed at all could turn out to be a great deer.
