I had a Cuddeback and thought it was great until it was stolen. I then bought a LeafRiver and really love the camera. The two from the cuddeBack are stamped and the LeafRiver aren't. The two from the LR are later in the year so the color isn't there.

i think moultrie probably look the worst. is it like .0003 megapixels? they look like they were done with watercolors or something.

My Moultrie is 4 megapixel.
From the one's we have used,Bushnell and Stealth cams have the poorest quality.

LMAO on that one cause I do have one and its been in the closet for quite a while. I got one picture off of it and it was a deer scratching its back, I think! All I could see was hair. I put up my leafriver right next to it and in a week had 64 pictures of deer on the LR and none on the moultrie.:(

i'm not sending my pic's in for photo contest, as long as i can count antler points and see the deer....i'm happy. with that being said, value is the most important feature to me. this is why i go with Moultrie. Cuddebacks are over priced junk. my buddy has one and he is constantly sending it back for repairs. it spends more time broke than working.

my ONLY complaint with my moultrie is that the ultra bright flash causes the deer's eyes to glow

my camera is till working fine camocop. one thing about cuddebacks is that they are a little more complicated to set up/use. i'm not saying your buddy isn't a smart guy, but maybe he's not real savy with technology. he might be better off withmore of a beginnerunit like your moultrie. the picture quality isn't nearly as good but maybe he doesn't care about that like you.
