wildview 3.0mp??
I bought this camera, and have only gotten one good picture, and the deer was faceing straight at the camera. I have pictures of a couple deer rear-ends, and nothing. I went in front of it on my fourwheeler just going slow and it didn't even snap a picture. Is this a bad camera I got, or are all the wildviews like this? I know there are deer walking around it cause I put it in a field behind my house, and I can see the deer. I am getting no pictures of these deer though.

I have had to .3 megapixel Wildview for a few years now and I have always found and have always heard people on here say that you have to put Wildviews over salt or feed to get them to stop long enough. I have always just put a small amount of horse feed about 10 feet from the base of the tree I hang the camera in. Baiting during season is illegal in Indiana soI always stop putting out feed about3 weeks before season and usually in that time all trace of the feed is gone. The feed gets the deer to stop for just long enough for the camera to get a picture. There is always a chance that something is wrong with your camera. But,tryto put something out that will get them to stop and see what happens.

I have one of these cameras to and they arent that good. The time it takes to take a picture is really slow and the sensor doesnt always sense something is there. The flash is also very week and all my night pics are very dark and it eats batteries like crazy.
I have had luck with putting feed out and I have gotten a bunch of pics, so maybe try putting out some corn or feed of some kind.

RE: wildview 3.0mp??
I read a review on chaseing game about this camera, and they saod it was a good camera for the money. Well I think not if it won't even get a picture of a deer walking by! Does anyone use the moultrie gamespy 4.0 mp? Its only 100 bucks in the redhead catalog! It has a 1 second delay too, that would be good. I hate that 1 minute wait between pictures. A big buck could walk by in that time. Let me know if anyone uses that moultrie. Thanks alot guys.

i have two 0.3's and two 3.0's, all of them take pictures just fine. You just have to find a spot where the deer will pause... i've got one on a pile of corn, on an apple tree, and two deeper in the woods. Also, i've found with the wildviews if you give it a slight downward angle it triggers alot better!!
