He found it again!!! Punched out my frensel lense, and must have sat there licking inside the hole. Covered by board with junk and slime. Had to pull the cam and take it home this time to clean it up.
I only have til the 31st to stick this guy.

RE: Dirty butt bears
I slapped another cam together after I fixed that one, I have them pointed at each other now. I put one up about 8 feet this time. Maybe I will get a picture of this guy, something other than his beady little eyes. Oh, I also put up a treestand this am too. I have til next Thurs to smack him.

RE: Dirty butt bears
Nope!! Saturday I could hear a bear just up the hill about 45-50 yards tearing up a stump, rolling rocks over, making a bunch of noise. Thought for sure he would come on down to the cams and I could stick him, but he never showed.
I wish we could bait them like in ID and other places. At least something to draw him down the hill. Bear hunting here is just kind of a crap shoot and dumb luck. But that is something that will never get implemented. I shouldn't say never, if enough people keep killing little 150 bears no bigger than a black lab, or sows with cubs, or griz(which one guy just did here), maybe they will think about that. At least it gives a guy a good look at the thing, because most people are clueless when it comes to sizing up a bear at rifle distances.
