i am going to agree with skunk.

there a lot of these in Fla. called siscat. just like a skunk but smaller and several strips down the sides.lots of white on the tail.they love to stay under the house if he can find a hole,or the houses that are on blocks.
pretty little fellows.makes good pets if you have the musk glands removed.
