Default What kind of wound is this???
Just got this pic from camera and was trying to figure out what kind of wound this could be. A love wound from a buck's hoof or antler?

What are your thoughts?

My guess is an arrow exit wound. Shot above the spine.

These were my thoughts as I first glanced at the photo. But what I was looking at was the tree stump that is over her back in the distance.

Looks like it was shot under the spine and above the vitals, she should be fine.

There is a spot below the spine and above the vitals that is nothing but flesh, she will live on!
Go get her in the late season!
