Default Same buck?

I'm not sure what to think here. The top photo was taken in 2004 when I saw this buck a few times and never got close to him. We have photos from 2002 when he was a 2 1/2 year old buck so I'm assuming he's 4 1/2 in these photos. Nice healthy deer, not super wide, decent mass and tine lenght. I'm figuring in the 140's as a 10 pointer.

Last year I never confirmed that I saw him. My dad and I both saw a big ten pointer with a bunch of stickers that we assumed was him but never got a great look nor did we get any photos or find his sheds.

This past week I got a photof of a buck that looks identital to "Mr. Buck", as we have so dubbed him, but I'm not sure if it's him or not. I have a hard time believing this buck is 6 1/2 in this photo, but his rack is a spitting image of the 2004 buck. Dual crabclaws, doesn't look to be too overly wide, and the start of some kickers off both G-2's. Either this is the same buck, or one of his offspring.

What do you guys think?

I DONT THINK THIS IS THE SAME BUCK BUT IT DEPENDS ON THE TIME THESE PICS WERE TAKEN IN THE DIFFERENT YEARS THE FIRST BUCK IS VERY HEAVY AND THE CRAB CLAWS ARE ALOT BIGGER THAN THE SECOND BUCK ALSO THE SECOND BUCK IS SMALLER IN WEIGHT THOUGH ITS HARD TO SAY IF THERE IS GOOD FOOD NUTRITION IT WOULD SEEM THAT THE RACK WOULDNT GET SMALLER BUT ITS HARD TO SAY IT ALSO SEEMS THAT THE DEER WOULD LOOK ALOT OLDER AS FAR AS HIS HAIR

I agree with lilcoffman8181because the claws are bigger out on the ends and if the bottom picture is suppodsed to be the 6 1/2 year old deer, its not. He's legs are bending tomuch, have you ever observed a 6 year old deer or older he walks like his 2 back legs are broke, they barely bend. So if that is the same deer you got me
