Speaking of vent liners
I'm curious now. I have 3 new liners coming in from Pedersoli but I was wondering: What do you guys think is the optimum diameter for the flash hole?
I have an entire set of wire gauged drill bits so I can make it any size I want.
Let me hear what you have to say.

I also have pretty good assortment of wire gauge bits. I don't recall the bit size I used to enlarge a Pedersoli liner, but I did drill one out and it worked fine. What I did was find the one that fit the existing hole, then drilled it out with the next larger bit. If you still get flashes after that you can always go up to the next size. I doubt that will be necessary.

I was doing some research on this Semi and the consensus is that .055" is OK but .060" is even better. Also, some believe that .070" is better for .54 cal and up. I believe this is due to the larger charges in the bigger calibers.
I checked the current liner and it was only .050". I opened it up two sizes to .060". I'll try it in the next couple days to see if it improved the ignition time.

Well I'll be darned. Guess what? I received my 3 pack of Pedersoli vent liners in the mail today and low and behold there was a recess in the face of the liners exactly like the one I put in mine! I guess the word went out.
I also just checked the flash hole and I could put an .060" bit into it so I would imagine it is 1/16".
