I bought a recurve at a flea market for $25.It's 60" amo, and 55lbs @ 28". It's laminated wood(I'm guessing maple), with black fiberglass. It has Mark 1 written on the bottom limb and appears to have had a 1 3/8" diameter decal above it at one time. The serial # is 11xxx, so I assume it's not custom. It shoots straight and fast, but I would still like to know a bit more about it. Thanks.

Hmmmm, not even a guess?? OK, how about brace height ?? I have it set at 7 1/8 ", with alot of twist. Is that about correct for a 60" AMO ??

No idea on the make here. Brace height should run between 7.5-8.5".

Ha. I finally found out what the bow is/was. It is a Tice and Watts, made in Alabama. I found another one at a sporting goods store the other day. I would have tried to buy it, but, it was left-handed, and belonged to a customer.

No wonder I couldn't make a guess. Never even heard of Tice and Watts.[:-]
