YES! one good source to look into would be from BINGHAM PROJECTS, INC. their web page is www.binghamprojects.com. They have kits with instructions and for a first timer this would be the right direction to go. GOOD LUCK!OH, if you are looking to build a self bow read " The Bent Stick"
