Those arrow's that were suggested sure seem small are they right? I was thinking more like a 2213 or 2117.

Well, I shoot 1816's from a 40lb recurve, 2213 is way too heavy spine. Its fairly common to shoot 2016s from a 50lb longbow, and 2018's from a 55lbs longbow. I shoot 2216's from my 60lb recurve. Just giving you an idea of what most shooters use.

I have a martin rebel if it help's. How do i know what it is tillered for?

Its tillered for split fingers. As Bernie said, all manufactured bows are tillered for split finger. No big deal, just raise the normal nock a tad and you will be fine.
