:DWell, not quite bows yet. In about 8 months, ill have some new bows. These are some hackberry log I split, debarked, and sealed so in 8 months Ill start carving out some self bows.

Cool, hackberry. Any for sale for a selfbow? I heard Dean Torges loves hackberry.

They are gonna make some nice bows are you going to back them with Bamboo?

Did you happen across any Mesquite while you was out collecting:)

I wont back these at all. They will all be selfbows. If I do back them, it will be with rawhide, linen, silk, and a few with snake skins. AS for mesquite, yea, I had to wade through about a million to find the hackberrys. Mesquite is one wood that is very plentiful around me. YOu can cut alll you want.
