Well I have the wedges made.

Dont they look cool?????????????

But there is a very slight problem with them[&:]

About 1/16" problem, thats how toonarrow they are[:@]

I must have taken a little too much wood off when I was getting the excess glue off.

But nothing tried is nothing learned:);):D

So it's back to the back up set I made the other day Leopardwood [:-][8D]:)

The second limb of the hopefully right weight limbs is in the heat box.:)

Just got done shaping the one I cooked up yesterday.

Going to use the Redheart, Bubinga and Purpleheart I laminated up yesterday ( the narrow wedges )for the tip overlays;)

Dang it.

Another set of limbs have come in way above spec[:@]

I have managed to get them down to 57lb @ 28" so thats gonna have to do even at that they are still 15lb over what I spec'd them for but a lot better than the 65lb they where when I made them.

I had to narrow them down to 1/2 across the grooves with 3/8" between the grooves and trapped them at a 15 degree angle from back to belly.

The weight chart is way out of whack as this is the 3rd set of limbs to come in way over what the chart say's they should be[:@]

Got her all tillered up and the tip over lays on.

Will shape the riser when I get home from work tomorrow.

I did measure weights while I had it on the draw board.

57lb @ 28"
64lb @ 30"
71lb @ 32"

So it looks like she is drawing an extra 3.5lb per inch.
