Bigcountry, no offense taken. When I get the riser re refinished I'll try to get a picture posted. In the basic finishes that most good bow makers use there is shiny/satin/flat finish, My favorite is the satin finish, not that I have anything against anyone liking the other types. The picture above is just a tad to chaotic in color and composure for my taste, but someone must have liked it!

As LBR said "Beauty is in the eye of the bow-holder", now that was funny, great play on words.

Eventually I'll hear from O.L., but right now from what I have been hearing he could use a clone of himself he's so busy, no big hurry, my own body won't be ready till spring anyway.

The real Bowdoc is the best on the west coast, Droptine on the east coast.
