I did it again - I bought another bow tonight. Two weeks ago I bought a Jim Brackenbury recurve, and tonight, I bought a Horne takedown longbow, bocote veneer limbs and cocobolo riser. SWEET. I have wanted one since I started my traditional quest, and tonight I got it !
But does it stop here ? I mean, I have a Bear Grizzly that I don't ever shoot (lefty and I'm a right, but its SO pretty !), a Ragim recurve thats my future bowfishing rig, an older unshootable Black Widow, a Pluto kids recurve (for my bow
), the Adcock thats my first love and the Brackenbury too and now a Horne !
I have NEVER owned this many bows - is there a Tradional Bowhunter Annonymous group out there for people like me ?

Lol! Some folks never get enough (just ask John Nail or Arrowsmit), and some folks find that "perfect" bow and are content. I have owned over 30 bows at one time, but now I love my Crusaders and can't see me buying another bow......well, except a 64" Crusader, and a Longhorn flatbow, and........

It never ends, Stealthy.
I just got my Sley, have a Trails End on order, and want another Sley.
On charge cards. I noticed, quite a few bowyers don't take them.
Pat Ley of Sley doesn't. It was painful not to use mine since it's all paid up with zero balance.
I notice, O L Adcock doesn't state he takes charge cards on his website. What about it Stealthy ?
Seems almost un-american not to accept them. LOL.
I like using them because it gets your bow on its way that much sooner.
Besides, if the bowyer doesn't like giving up the 5% fee for accepting them, he should pass it on to the customer. JMO.

Your kill'n me! I'm still waiting on the first recurve. I thought it would make it by Friday or Saturday, but it didn't. So then I get my hopes up about today when I realize it's a holiday. Even if it comes between now and Thursday I have to work 12hr. days, but then comes the long break. Hopefully 6 days of recurve heaven.
