I just put in an order at the archery shop for a custom Allegheny Mountain hybrid longbow from a local bowyer.
These are some sweet shooting bows, and I can't wait for it to come in.Its going tobe sweet.57# @ my draw of 27".

The turnaround time should be around 4-6 weeks, not too shabby there.

Bill is one of the guys who builds them, this one is being made by his partner Dave Miller. I was shooting them a couple weeks ago and just completely fell in love with them.

I think you're gonna have a heck of a bow. I met Bill at a shoot and tried one of his bows. He was having a raffle for one which I put in for.

If this is the same Dave Miller from Indiana, then I'd be very happy. Dave was taught by John Schulz.

That guy is unreal. He built a takedown recurve for my brother years ago. What a bow. It was his first with carbon laminated in the limbs. I think the riser is bubinga or something like that. Prettyfast too. Im not worthy of such a fine bow (Yet!!)
