sounds like you may have a spine problem. try going to a lighter point or a heavier shaft. you may also try a fletch that has a higher profile, this will create more drag and may improve arrow flight. if this is what you do you will loose alittle speed, but which is more important, speed or good flight.

You should shoot feathers off the shelf-vanes will give erratic flight.Bad arrow flight is also normal if the arrows aren't properly spined to the bow. What poundage is your bow at your draw and what size are the Beman's.Could be a variety of other things too

Side to side wobble, fishtailing, is usually due to brace height being too low. Also caused by badly matched arrow spine and bad release as others have mentioned. I don't know what bow you're shooting, but make sure the brace height is in the range recommended by the bowyer.
Up and down wobble, porpoising, is almost always due to nock height being wrong.
If the tail of the arrow looks like it's making a circle, it's a combination of both fishtailing and porpoising. In that case, I like to take care of the porpoising first, then the fishtailing. It doesn't really matter which one you fix first, but always fix one problem at a time.

Another thing to look at is the nock fit--if it's too tight, it will mess with your arrow flight, regardless if everything else is right.
