Di,
I would be very upset! It sounds like your bowyer put you on the " Back Burner!" Warranty should take priority! You already had to wait the first time. Dick

THUMBS DOWN ON TIMBERSPIRIT BOWS!

Di,

I' ve read about your bow here and on LW.
No offense, but I don' t believe Joe will ever replace it for you unless you put the heat on him.
I would never order anything from him or recommend him to anyone after what he' s put you through.
Lots of guys email me and ask my opinion on bows.
I will always tell them...
" NEVER ORDER A TIMBERSPIRIT BOW" from now on.

Sag.

I havent used a recurved bow since i was about 12 but the other day when i was shooting at the shop this boy about i' d say was either 10-12 was learning how to shoot one with his dad teaching. I had a big smile on my face because it' ll be one more person learnng how to bowhunt or just even shoot for fun [:-] And DI, just 2 more months to go :)

I hear ya Red Hawk, that is how I learned when I was young. My 8 year old son is now shooting a longbow. It is a lot of fun showing him how to shoot. It' s amazing watching his face when he makes a good shot with good form (not necessarily accurate). He is learning what a good shot is compared to a bad one. He has a tendency to bring his release hand forward with the shot. But when he does it right, I know he gets the " good shot" feeling, no matter where the arrow hits. He keeps asking me when he can shoot the wheels, but I keep telling him, there will be time for that later.

Well, my Adcock finally got here last Friday. It is truely a great bow, and I finally got something that fits me like a glove. It came in at 56# at 31 inches.
