In a couple of days i will be gluing together a bamboo backed hickory R-D bow. my question is , what kind of glue should I use?. the web site where i'm ordering the partsrecommended the glue on his site, but it's $17 for a 2 part kit. I'm concidering using titebond III waterproof wood glue or a 30min. epoxy glue kit. does any one have any better ideas. will titebond IIIor the epoxy hold the curves I will be putting in to the bow limbs with a jig.

I like bowgrip for wood to wood bows....here is some other info....
Smooth on has a thickening agent in it to prevent most of the glue from squishing out the sides of glass laminated bows when they are clamped together. Bowgrip is a little thinner for better results with wood to wood or wood to bamboo applications.
