Some will say you can't shoot fingers with a bisquit.It may not be the best rest to shoot fingers with but ,if i can do it anyone can.;)

I have the 50lb camo version and love it. I shoot 2219's out of it at 29 inches with 5 inch feathers and they fly like darts. I have taken 5 or 6 hogs with it now. I use a razorcap bh and get great penetration. I really like mine.

I think it looks neat but I also am liking having a wooden riser now that I've converted to a recurve. It's lighter and warmer. If you want a metal riser bow try looking at the Quinn Stallion ( http://www.quinnsarchery.com/). It's around $190 new and a lot of good things have been said about it. For a little more you can get a Chek-Mate but those are all wood risers.
Check out the classified section here and thoseat some all traditional websites for some used bows. You may be able to afford a nicer used bow thananew bow. |
